Secured Transaction
Our Merchant system, Shopify Small Business, takes your security seriously and takes reasonable steps to protect your information. No data transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. The following is a summary of the measures taken to protect your information and descriptions of ways we implement these measures for different types of information you may provide to us.
The following is a description of steps our Merchant system takes to protect your information from misuse when ordering through a Store.
- Secure Socket Layer (SSL): Store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browser windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time a Store asks for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it'll be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers.
- CISP Compliance: Store is certified CISP-compliant. Created by Visa and MasterCard, the Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) outlines a standard for security procedures for merchants and service providers that store, process, or transmit cardholder data.
- Secure Storage: Our Merchant system maintains reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
Sales Tax:
No Sales Tax is applied, except in our business location, Florida.
Shipping Questions?
Stocked items will be shipped within 24 hours or less; Monday thru Friday. Shipping cutoff, Monday thru Friday is 4pm EST. Orders made late Friday will be shipped on Monday. If ordered items are out of stock, we will email you immediately regarding expected shipping date. Shipping costs will be shown during the checkout in real-time, based on the UPS rate.(UPS rates are based on the weight and the package size)
Oversized item, such as rods or antennas, will be charged extra.
The package over $200 will be shipped with Signature required to avoid any theft or mis-delivery. Please use a daytime Shipping address for a high value orders.
There will be $25 rerouting fee for the address changes after the order was shipped.
Overnight orders made on Friday will be received Monday. We do not provide Saturday delivery. Additionally, orders received after the 4pm EST cutoff will be shipped that next business day. Overnight shipping is not refundable.
If the shipment was refused by customer, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping fee and return shipping fees.
*FREE Shipping Over $85 is excluded for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.
UPS or US Postal Tracking Available:
By providing us with a valid email address when ordering, you will receive a timely email verifying the day your order is shipped and your UPS or US postal tracking number, which can be monitored via the Web.

Please note that No tracking service for US Priority Mail is available for some countries.
Can I Cancel an Order?
All orders (including backorders) may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping. Cancellations must be made by email (order@anglersworld.com) or fax:; Angler’s World WILL NOT CANCEL AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE. If order has been shipped it may be returned following the RA guidelines listed below. Once shipped, the shipping charge will NOT be refunded.
After Sales?
- All the sales are final. There will not be any price match after the order is invoiced and shipped.
Payment Methods?
Angler’s World and Supply accepts Major Credit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express issued by banking institutions. Also, we accept Bank wire and PayPal. In order to safeguard our customers and our business, we rigorously check the validity of submitted credit card information, including billing and shipping addresses. Purchases being shipped to addresses other than the billing address for the credit card may be delayed while we verify the information.

International Order:
Currently, shipping rates for international order are calculated in real time during checkout only for UPS worldwide expedited and UPS worldwide express. We can also provide US Global Express at your request to save on shipping charges, but there may not be a tracking service in some countries. Please email us if you would like a different shipping method. For more detailed information on International order, Please click here!
Please note that the customers are responsible for all customs Duty and Tax and customers will be responsible for all the shipping charges including return shipping fee and import tax in case the package is refused.

Problem with Delivery of Shipment?
All claims on shortages and/or damaged goods must be made within 10 days of the delivery of the package. Please email us or call us for any damages or missing parts within 10 days of the delivery of the package and we will instruct you on how to proceed.
