The Orange SDO Pad is a great one-step pad! You can use it for polishing all the way up to light compounding while still achieving a flawless finish.
The addition of Lake Country's CCS technology to their line of SDO Pads makes them run even smoother and cooler on your long-throw dual-action polisher. The strategic pattern of closed cell pockets slows the rate of polish absorption into the pad. This reduces surface tension, which prevents pad skipping and allows you to run the pad flat and cool on the working surface.
SDO Pads are designed to offer a durable foam pad option for forced rotation polishers. The dual-layer design feature incorporates the benefits and concepts of both thick and thin pads, as well as the advantages of a tapered profile and exact-fit style pads. All these features help create a user-friendly experience with impressive results while offering performance benefits to the operator.

Single Layer - Same great engineered foams as the HDO line, without the dual layer construction for a more economical price
Tapered Edge - Prevents pad rolling and provides great pad rotation. Great for curved or contoured panels. Allows for precision polishing in tight areas.
Center Ventilated Cooling Chamber - Dissipates heat away from the center of the pad, reducing temperatures and increasing durability. The system allows for perfect pad alignment.
Stay Cool - SDO Pads block heat transfer between layers and offer the same benefits of a thin pad (maximizing the power of the polisher by reducing foam movement or "absorption").
Along with the benefits of a thin pad, the design and shape offer proper weight and weight distribution for maximum performance.
Shape and Design - Offers proper pressure distribution like an exact fit pad, but shape/profile offers the precision and safety of a tapered pad.

Return Policy:
Return Authorization numbers are required on all returned items. All returned units Must be Complete and in Factory Packaging. Please contact us to receive our Return Authorization Number and further instruction for return.
All returned units without Return Authorization number will be refused.
Packages must have RA number written visibly on the Shipping Label. All items must be returned in the original packaging and a new and resalable condition.
Damaged items: All claims on damaged goods must be made within 7 days of delivery to receive a return authorization via email or phone.
Non-Defective items: Within 30 days of invoice date, merchandises may be returned with a 15% restocking fee or more depending on ordered items
Defective items: Within 30 days of invoice date, the customer must first contact the manufacturer for a technical support to confirm the product is defective. Please provide the name of the technician at manufacturer, serial number, and the details about the defect via email. Return instructions will be provided afterward. After 30 days of invoice date, the defective items must be returned to manufacturer for the warranty repair.
Additional restocking fee will apply, depending on the items and/or the condition of returned items, for any damages or missing items.
All units requiring Service, either Warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate Manufacturer.
Electronic-Chart, Software, Video, Life-rafts, and Propellers are not returnable.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
We are not responsible for any shipping cost returning your purchase
Special orders and international orders, are not returnable.
Angler’s World is not responsible for lost packages in shipping, products damaged in shipping, any orders that are returned to any address other than the one listed above, or any order returned. It is advised that you insure your package when shipping back to us and have tracking codes.
For international shipping, please note that the customer will be responsible for all the shipping charges including return shipping fee and import tax, in case the package is refused.
All the products comes with US manufacturer's warranty.
